RETURNS & REFUNDS

READY-TO-WEAR

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3-5 days.

Items must be:

  • Unworn.
  • Unwashed.
  • In original condition with tags/packaging intact.

CUSTOM-MADE / ALTERED PIECES

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, custom-made, tailored, or altered items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

However, if there is an issue from our side, (wrong sizing, damage, or incorrect design) we will gladly assist with corrections.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
  • Send clear photos/videos of the item and your order details.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit where applicable.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale/discounted items.
  • Custom-made items.
  • Altered pieces.
  • Worn or damaged items caused after delivery.

EXCHANGES

To request an exchange:

  • Send us a message via WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number.
  • Once approved, items must be returned before before the exchange is processed.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY FEES

Customers are responsible for shipping / delivery costs unless the mistake was from our side.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method or store credit with 5-10 business days.
